Our all-in-one solar panels simplify the 450 parts typically required to install a rooftop solar array into a single installable unit eliminating skilled labor and decreasing installation time by 75% or more. We are looking for a full-time sales manager with 5-10 years of residential solar products sales experience. This position requires the individual to be as much a doer as a delegator. They should have notable successes selling solar products such as, PV modules, racking, inverters, or BOS components directly to solar installation companies and through distribution. This position will be responsible for all sales activities and sales collateral to support those activities. Not only will they be our lead salesperson, but they will also manage our inside and outside sales representatives. The ability to tackle a wide range of tasks required by the business, beyond sales, is highly desired in this position. We are looking for a high achieving individual who can have impacts across the organization. Someone who identifies issues and solves them, no matter what they are. A startup “all-in” mentality is required.
Responsibilities Include

Selling to solar installers, roofers, electricians, contractors, home builders, manufactured home builders, prefab home builders, tiny homes builders, DIY resellers, and distributors.

Increase sales and meet sales targets

Manage inside and outside sales reps and account managers

Create sales rep incentive programs

Develop and execute sales contracts

Develop sales plan to reach sales targets

Develop and execute on marketing strategy to support sales objectives

Attend tradeshows

Research and Implement CRM

Report directly to the CEO

Create sales and marketing collateral including presentations, brochures, blogs, and mass emails.

Location
Flexible with at least part time at our facility near Austin, TX.
