Requirements
At Solvari we believe solar doesn’t have to be complicated. Our award-winning technology is poised to change the way residential solar is installed across the US. Our all-in-one solar panel simplifies the 425 parts typically required to install a rooftop solar array into a single installable unit eliminating skilled labor and decreasing installation time by 75% more. Our goal, to simplify solar and make it affordable to everyone, is possible by shifting product assembly from rooftop labor to automated assembly in a manufacturing environment.
At Solvari Solar we are hardworking, focused, and goals driven. We do this while having fun and celebrating our accomplishments. Our fast-paced startup environment provides opportunities to flex one’s muscles, take on new responsibilities, have clear ownership of one’s work, and grow professionally. We invest in our people and value open communication and cooperation. Have an idea, let’s discuss it. Something not working, then let’s fix it. At Solvari Solar we have high expectations for work product. However, we balance that by empowering our people to try new things, make mistakes, and learn through iteration. Don’t settle for an ordinary job, join Solvari and be a part of doing something extraordinary.
We are looking for a full-time hands-on manufacturing engineer with 4-10 years of work experience setting up manual and automated assembly lines, preferably in the solar or related industries.
